Administration & Accounting

Karen Shadbar, Administrative Manager, has worked with GNP Realty Partners since its formation in 2007, but has been associated with the real estate industry for nearly 35 years through publishing and sales. At GNP, Ms. Shadbar handles all day-to-day office management, coordinating the numerous communications and work flow activities associated with the company's commercial and residential building operations. She also serves as personal assistant to GNP Realty Partners Principal and CEO, Dean Kutrumanes. Ms. Shadbar is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Journalism and holds an Illinois Real Estate Sales License.

Rosi Rosas, Assistant to CFO/Comptroller, began working in the property management industry immediately after receiving her degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 2003 from Robert Morris University. Since then Ms. Rosas has worked with leaders in the property management industry and joined GNP Realty in 2009. Rosi handles the accounting functions for a portfolio of commercial, residential and condominium entities and serves as the assistant to GNP's CFO.

Karen Dati, Accounting Manager, joined GNP Realty Partners in 2009, bringing to GNP more than 25 years accounting experience.  In addition to overseeing the GNP Realty corporate accounting staff, Ms. Dati manages the accounting functions for all off-site property managers.  During her career, Ms. Dati has held several management positions and has overseen various accounting and administrative functions.

 Kari Richmond, Administrative Assistant/Assistant Manager for REALTOR® Building, joined GNP Realty Partners in 2009 after working for the City of Chicago as Director of Business Affairs for the Aldermanic Offices. Before that she was associated with a Chicago-based commercial developer and brokerage firm. At GNP, Ms. Richmand oversees the day-to-day operations of a commercial high-rise, including tenant relations and staff scheduling. Additionally, she assists the property management staff in accounting and administrative functions. Ms. Richmand graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Business Administration and is a licensed real estate sales
                      agent in the state of Illinois.

Terry McGowan, Property Accountant, joined the GNP team in 2008 after working in the marketing industry for a number of years. Ms. McGowan holds a degree in Business from Loyola University in Chicago and handles an accounting portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties.

Liliya Kurylyuk, Property Accountant, began working in the property management industry while still studying for her degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After earning her degree in 2010, Ms. Kurylyuk joined GNP Realty as a Portfolio Manager. Currently she handles the accounting functions for a portfolio of residential and condominium entities and also manages commercial and residential portfolios. Ms. Kurylyuk is pursuing her Master of Science degree in Accounting at Dominican University.
