Dean Kutrumanes

Dean G. Kutrumanes, Owner and CEO, founded GNP Realty Partners on the principle of custom-designing oanagement strategies to maximize client satisfaction. With more than 15 years of experience in property management and 10 years experience in construction oversight, Kutrumanes brings a wealth of knowledge and practical skill to his client base.

Kutrumanes was most recently Senior Vice President of Baird & Warner. During his tenure, he focused on capital project coordination as the focal point for all facets of individual real estate projects. Prior to his association with Baird & Warner, Kutrumanes served as Construction Manager for Chicago Urban Properties (a division of Sundance Homes) and as Vice President of the Kezios Group in Chicago, where he managed a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.

Kutrumanes also served as Chicago Regional Director for Holiday Inn Corporate where he managed at all levels in several of their premier corporate-owned hotels. Most recently, Mr. Kutrumanes and business associates formed Development Partners, a firm specializing in the renovation of multi-family residential properties in Chicago and Northern Illinois. Among the firm's projects are the conversion of the former Fort Sheridan property (located in Highland Park, Ill.) into luxury condominiums and townhouses.
