Dean Kutrumanes

Dean G. Kutrumanes, Owner, Principal and CEO, founded GNP Realty Partners and its management and commercial divisions on the principle of custom-designing management strategies to maximize client satisfaction. With more than 25 years of experience in all facets of real estate management, including development projects, construction oversight, institutional properties, and distressed and REO properties, Mr. Kutrumanes brings a wealth of knowledge and practical skill to his client base.

Formerly Senior Vice President of Baird & Warner Management Group, Inc., Mr. Kutrumanes directed his energies to the organizing, planning, scheduling and controlling of construction work and was responsible for completing projects within time and cost requirements. He acted as the focal point for all facets of a project and brought together the efforts of his company and those of other organizations.

Mr. Kutrumanes also served as Construction Manager for Chicago Urban Properties (a division of Sundance Homes) where he was involved with acquisitions and project management. Prior to Chicago Urban Properties, Mr. Kutrumanes served as Vice President of the Kezios Group in Chicago, where he managed a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. As the Chicago Regional Director for Holiday Inn Corporate, Mr. Kutrumanes managed at all levels in several of the group's premier corporate-owned hotels.

Mr. Kutrumanes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate degree in Business & Hotel Management from Holiday Inn University.
