Green Management

GNP has hands-on experience in Green building management, including ENERGY STAR building qualification and LEED certification for building operations and maintenance.  We assist building owners in creating and sustaining a healthy environment for tenants.  Under GNP's employment is a Chief Engineer certified as a LEED Accredited Professional in Operations & Management.

As the Green building manager, GNP will:

• Meet strict requirements of the LEED or ENGERGY STAR rating systems
• Introduce Green building best practices
• Identify cost-efficient means to comply with Green building standards
• Pursue Green policies and procedures that support high performance and return on investment
• Work with tenants to inform, educate and engage in maintaining a healthy work or living space.
