Lawrence Piccoli

Lawrence M. Piccoli, Senior Vice President, oversees the management of more than 20 condominium associations, retail centers and a commercial office portfolio. He leads a team of seasoned field managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of various condominium community assignments.

Over the past 10 years, Mr. Piccoli has directly managed portfolios of condominium, retail and commercial properties throughout the Chicago area. Prior to joining GNP Management Group, LLC, Mr. Piccoli held the positions of General Manager, Executive Director and various other executive level positions within the hotel and hospitality industry for 25 years. During this time he managed senior independent living units and retail strip centers anchored by major banks and restaurant chains. His responsibilities included all building and facilities operations including budgeting, expense control, employee supervision, customer service execution and planning, housekeeping, engineering and capital planning.

His past experience includes assignments at Baird & Warner Management Group, Indian Lakes Resort, Holiday Inn Mart Plaza, Holiday Inn Chicago City Centre, The Breakers at Edgewater Beach, Senior Lifestyle Corporation and other hotel facilities in suburban Chicago.

Mr. Piccoli attended DePaul University where he earned an MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees with emphasis on Finance, Economics and Human Resource Management. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois.
