Philip A. Hoffer

Philip A. Hoffer, RPA, is the Asset Manager and Partner for GNP Commercial. With more than 25 years industry experience, Hoffer is responsible for GNP's commercial operations--office, industrial, and retail. He has been an active investor and owner of residential properties. As a past president of his condominium association, Mr. Hoffer is an active as an advisor on association and residential matters for the firm.

Prior to joining GNP, Mr. Hoffer served as Executive Vice President for Asset Management for Prime Group Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT owning over 14 MSF of office and industrial properties. He also was Senior Manager for Design and Construction for Johnson Controls and Bovis Lend Lease on a facilities management contract with British Petroleum.

Mr. Hoffer has an extensive consulting practice providing real estate expertise and project management services on commercial developments and corporate projects throughout the US, UK and Middle East. He holds a degree in Business from the University of Denver, and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
