Dean G. Kutrumanes, Owner, Principal and CEO, founded GNP Realty Partners and its family of businesses on the principle of custom-designing management strategies to maximize client satisfaction. Drawing on his experience in hotel management, Dean knows that maintaining core resources in-house provides the means and agility to respond to client concerns in the timeliest manner and deliver on GNP’s commitment of a single source for a wide range of tailored real estate services.
Dean’s industry experience includes all facets of real estate management, including development projects, construction oversight, institutional properties, and distressed and REO properties. Before forming his own company, Dean managed a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, oversaw property acquisitions and acted as the focal point for all facets of a project—bringing together the internal and external players needed to complete projects within the time and cost requirements.
GNP clients benefit from Dean’s wealth of knowledge and practical skill gained from these experiences, along with his strong business acumen. As a general contractor and project manager, GNP Realty Partners has overseen construction on projects with a total value of nearly $1 billion. GNP’s management division currently manages 1 million square feet of commercial space in addition to 3,000 residential units in the greater Chicago area.
Dean pursued a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from Northeastern Illinois University and completed a bachelor’s degree in business and hotel management from Holiday Inn University. He also holds an associate degree in business management from Triton College.
