Andy Soursos, Chief Operations Officer, assists GNP’s CEO and CFO improve the organization’s systems, processes, workflows and procedures of all operations within the GNP family of companies. Andy also helps GNP’s executive team and property/portfolio managers promote and carry out the organization’s culture and corresponding values and vision through all corporate entities. The result is elevated customer service, more robust business relationships and increased positive outcomes.
Andy worked in operations for more than 35 years in the hospitality industry. He held executive positions, including Vice President of Franchising for a national fast-casual food chain and Chief of Operations for a holding company that operated 23 food and beverage retail units. In these roles, Andy honed his skills in customer service, client relations, problem-solving, business development, process improvement and communications. His expertise in operations helps to safeguard and effectively manage organizational resources.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business (management) from Northeastern Illinois University with a minor in accounting.
