The building achieved this esteemed certification under GNP Realty Partners’ management. Other projects have been certified to meet the WELL Building Standard™. This performance-based certification evaluates how individual criteria impact the wellbeing of the people living or working in a building. GNP is also the recipient of a Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) TOBY Award, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.

Two senior management team members are designated as a CPM® (Certified Property Manager®), also awarded by IREM. CPM® is the industry’s most prestigious professional designation for property managers. Two additional team members are currently CPM® candidates.
