Deanna Hicks, Vice President, GNP Management Group, has more than 30 years of experience in residential property management, including for luxury high rise condominiums. Deanna directs the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of GNP-managed properties, including supervising engineering, janitorial and door staff members and overseeing preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
As a senior member of the residential management team, Deanna draws on her communications and interpersonal relations skills to intercede, mediate and facilitate conflict resolution with boards of directors, commercial owners and other interested groups. She also possesses expertise and skills in financial planning and oversight, problem-solving, contractor coordination and management, strategic planning, and training and onboarding.
Deanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chicago State University. She was awarded the professional designations of Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM), by the Institute of Real Estate Management®, the Association Management Specialist (AMS), by the Community Associations Institute, and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®). The CMCA® designation is awarded by the industry’s leading professional accreditation body, signifying adherence to high professional standards of community association management. Deanna is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
