Larry M. Piccoli, Executive Vice President, oversees the management of 40-plus condominium associations along with several retail centers and a commercial office portfolio. He leads a team of seasoned field managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of various condominiums, homeowner associations and multi-family community assignments. In this role, Larry serves as a senior executive for Chicago Management Personnel Services, Inc.—part of the GNP family of companies—overseeing janitorial and maintenance for about a dozen properties.
Larry has directly managed commercial properties throughout the Chicago area for more than 20 years—honing his expertise in budgeting, expense control, employee supervision, customer service execution and planning, housekeeping, engineering, and capital planning. Larry worked as an executive in the hotel and hospitality industry before moving into commercial property management in 2001.
He earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science emphasizing finance, economics, and human resource management from DePaul University. Larry is a licensed real estate broker and holds an Illinois Community Association Manager license.
