  • Support client’s negotiation of TI (tenant improvement) lease terms
  • Project management, construction management, and general contracting services––from initial concept through occupancy
  • Onboard project team––from architects to engineers to subcontractors––and manage project team through the project lifecycle
  • Assist client with overall design direction, spatial planning, and desired hybrid floor plan to align with their business operations (legal services)
  • Assist with IT, security, cabling, and AV design
  • Relocation and move of the client
