Mixed-Use Property Management
Following years of dispute and conflict between a homeowner’s association and the building owner regarding common area maintenance (CAM) charges for commercial tenants, GNP’s newly assigned property manager researched and documented payments made by the commercial tenants over the five years in dispute.
After presenting information to the board, all parties agreed to the findings and payments were made, settling the dispute. The property manager then prepared a new agreement, clearly spelling out the new mutually agreed terms for CAM payments, allowing the parties to start fresh with CAM charges. More importantly, the parties were able to re-establish a productive business relationship.
