Working closely with the homeowners, GNP undertook a two-year-long total gut and remodel of the couple’s “forever” home. The couple remained on the property throughout the project and were engaged daily, choosing all finishes as the project progressed.
Work began in the unfinished basement, repurposing the upstairs kitchen into the basement, adding value and flexibility to the lower-level space. On the main floor, we removed a room to expand the original kitchen into a “chef’s kitchen,” which can accommodate a professional chef’s storage, preparation, and cookware requirements and double as an entertainment space. The previous dining space was flip-flopped and closed-off, allowing the creation of a new entry space and office. Hardwood floors were refinished throughout.
CMPS was easy to work with on our home renovation. The team who worked on our house were always professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.
