GNP Realty Partners is celebrating Chicago being named the No.1 big city in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler for 2025 in its 38th annual Readers’ Choice Awards. This year marks the ninth consecutive year that Chicago has taken the top spot, beating out San Francisco, Milwaukee, Portland, and New Orleans in this year’s voting.
This honor comes as no surprise to GNP. We are proud to call Chicago home, especially from our Magnificent Mile offices, where we gaze at some of the city’s most impressive architecture, cited by the magazine. We’re also proud to give back to the city, recently by playing a key role in making the photo-op favorite Wings of Mexico bronze sculpture in the Plaza of the Americas on N. Michigan Ave. a permanent installation.
Aside from calling Chicago home, we support dozens of Chicago-based businesses and residential organizations through our commercial property management, new and rehab construction, residential homeowner associations management and other real estate support services. And our development arm, ONE Development, enables us to introduce private equity investors from across the country to the opportunities available in the Chicago market.
