Three years after completing a kitchen expansion/remodel, previous Schaumburg homeowner clients reached out to request our services in converting their basement into a multi-purpose family space and entertainment center. To open up (and gain) space, we removed the drop ceiling, which required moving the pipe and ductwork. More creative plumbing work was needed to modify the sump pump to blend in with a new wet bar.
