Renata Stec
Renata E. Stec, Senior Vice President and General Manager, began her career in property management with Baird & Warner in 1994, where she successfully managed various real estate portfolios, including both residential and commercial properties. In 2004, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President at Baird & Warner where she simultaneously supervised properties located in a four-state region. She was again promoted in 2005 to the office of Vice President.
Renata holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) desgination from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The CPM designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience.
Currently, Stec serves as General Manager of the National Association of Realtors headquarters building. She is a member of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the Chicago Association of Realtors. Additionally, Stec is a candidate for the CPM designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and holds an Illinois real estate salesperson license.
