Renata Stec


Renata StecRenata E. Stec, CPM®, Senior Vice President and General Manager, began her career in property management with Baird & Warner in 1994, where she successfully managed various real estate portfolios of apartment communities, mixed-use, industrial and commercial developments. In retail markets, Ms. Stec represented private and institutional owners, negotiated leases and vendor contracts, and had oversight for capital projects, as well as tenant improvement.

Ms. Stec has managed properties through bankruptcy, re-finance and court-appointed management. In 2005 she was promoted to Vice President as a result of her high-priority initiatives and proven cross functional leadership skills. She has demonstrated her ability to direct and manage teams in delivering established service standards, consistent with client expectations.

Ms. Stec served as General Manager of the National Association of Realtors® headquarters building in Chicago and currently supervises all property managers within the GNP Management organization.

Ms. Stec holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is active with the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
